Do you accept beginners and families?

Yes we are a very beginner and family friendly gym, our trainers are particularly good with children and believe teaching respect and discipline will serve them well in life

What is your training schedule?

We train group classes twice a day, Mon - Sat, for 2 hours at 08:00 and 16:00. We also offer private 1 to 1 lessons with the trainers between group classes

Can you arrange fights?

Yes we have a network of promoters and gyms around South Thailand and Bangkok and can arrange fights for those who want to >

Can I pay for lessons in bulk?

Yes we offer discounts for weekly and monthly group classes, and bulk discounts for 1 to 1 private lessons

Do you offer pick-up service from local hotels?

Yes we can arrange for pick-up for single or groups from local hotels and resorts
