Do you accept beginners and families?

Yes we are a very beginner and family friendly gym, our trainers are particularly good with children and believe teaching respect and discipline will serve them well in life

What is your training schedule?

We train group classes twice a day, Mon - Sat, for 2 hours at 08:00 and 16:00. We also offer private 1 to 1 lessons with the trainers between group classes
