Can we combine multiple people with a single trainer during private lessons?
Unfortunately our trainers work one-to-one for private lessons — it keeps the quality of instruction high and means every minute is focused entirely on you.
Do you provide hotel pickups?
We don't have the means to provide pickups ourselves, although most resorts in the area can arrange a taxi for you — just ask at reception.
Do we need to register for group classes?
No registration needed — group classes are walk-ins! Just come to the gym and say hello to our lovely receptionist.
How close are you to my resort?
Use the Get Directions link above and Google Maps will show you the exact distance from your location. Generally we're no more than 10 minutes from most resorts in the Khao Lak area.
Do you have equipment we can borrow, hire, or buy?
Yes! Shared gloves, hand wraps, and pads are available to borrow. We also have an on-site shop where you can buy your own gear if you'd prefer.
Is the gym kept clean?
Absolutely. We have dedicated staff who clean the floors, bags, and equipment after every session.
